 Did you know that the earliest known version of the “Little Red Riding Hood” story is known as “Le Petit Chaperon Rouge” in 17th century French folklore? Dating back to 1697, this was the first known printed version. Charles Perrault is credited for including it in “Tales of Mother Goose “was a notably much scarier version of the one we know today.  Nevertheless, the story of our beloved heroine withstands the test of time!
